Serial number: Look down on the seat tube lug top just below where the seat post collar bolt is situated in this case. Look for a letter at either the beginning of the number sequence or it will be after the first number. This will indicate the year. What number do you see?

Looks like it is just a frame and fork. All the other parts are not correct.
