Hello Ron 

the rims outside dia is 14 inches.The lady down the lake said they where off her  chain driven tricycle  when she was  a kid.

Thanks   Gt   unfortunately Im looking for 1 that is  121/2 to 13 " over all diameter  with a narow tire   1/2" to 3/4"   For an early tricycle.
