CCM Flyte Bottom Bracket Cup Removal

Hi There,

Anyone have a suggestion for removing the press cups on a CCM Flyte? I know Park Tools make a removal tool for new genration press cups but thinking the braintrust here may have better ideas. Thanks in advance.
