,I located the original seat from my CCM formula....but not like the seat on the Cade photos.The red version of the bike displayed has a number of items that are different from mine. I know mine is all original,no previous owners.
The Formula One was produced during the year that the bicycle boom exploded. Componet manufacturers struggled to supply the sudden increase in demand. As a result, bicycle manufacturers were often forced to seek alternate component sources. Sometimes, the component mix would vary from shipment to shipment. It's quite possible that, despite their differences, both your bicycle and The CABE bicycle are completely original. I'm sure members would appreciate your sharing some photographs of your Formula One.
