Help With Identity

Hello! I need some help identifying this bike. I was told that it was a CCM, but I dont recognize the headtube badge, and the serial number doesnt seem to match anything from CCM. The serial is etched at the top of the seat tube, and appears to be 6 numbers long. Thanks for any info you can provide.

Its an SCP.   Probably late 60s/early 70s.

SCP, Standard Cycle Products, closed down in 1962,  It had been a subsidiary of CCM.  

When CCM went belly up and went over to Quebec owners, they had the rights to all the CCM products.  It appears they put this stick on badge on some Polish or Czech import frames

Great, thanks for the info! I saw your photos, your blue SCP has an intact head sticker, identical to mine. I will be fixing this one up in the coming months. No doubt this forum with be a huge help!
