For Sale: 3 Sunshine Waterloo Balloon Tire Motorbikes & Parts

I have too too many projects so sadly this lot has to go. A unique opportunity for the balloon tire bike enthusiast. Sunshine Waterloo bikes were made in Waterloo from the late '40s to early '50s.

The frame pictured with wheels was sold new with front and rear drum brake hubs! Rear drum brake has a Sturmey-Archer 3-speed.

Frame 2 was repainted previously (for fork and fenders, see below)

Frame 3 is fire damaged, but I cleaned off part of the chainring and crank so you can see it's in good condition under the soot. Frame can be blasted, primed, and painted easily. Paint it whatever colour scheme you like with no guilt for covering up original paint!

All 3 frames have badges.

Other parts:
- handlebar in good shape
- stem (new old stock?)
- 2 fork crown plates
- headset
- Perry & Bendix hub brakes, both from Sunshine Waterloo bikes
- Extra badge (4 in total)
- Chrome chainguard (not S-W)

Fire-damaged Parts:
- 2 pairs of fenders
- 3 forks
- Correct chainguard
- rims (some were original, some were new aftermarket). Some are rusty, some are warped.
- Original equipment Dominion Royal Master tire. Damaged, but kept to show what original equipment tires looked like, and size.

I think if you bought a ladies bike or 2 for the wheelsets, you could make 3 really nice bikes.

Located in Toronto. I will not box and ship but I could meet you half-way if you're from out of town.
