Vintage CCM Tricycle

I am in the process of refinishing a 1950/1960 CCM tricylce for my 2.5 year old daughter. It is almost down with refinsihed rims, solid rubber tires and refinished frame.

I would like to replace the bike seat and handle bars, as well some of the hub caps are missing. I was hoping somebody might have some or all of these parts whcih may work. I apprecaite any parts you may have, or pointers on where I might find.

Really it boils down to I need the following:

1) Child size seat that is in decent condition
2) black handlebar grips for a childs handlebar whcih is smaller than the regular 
3) Old CCM hubcaps for a trike
