sears had different companies make bikes for them over the years. I know the sears stampeders and canadian screamers (not to be confused with the wedge framed ones from the u.s.) were made by CCM, and I believe that later on they had murray and huffy built bikes under the name free spirit starting sometime in the 70s. Only way to know for sure is to post a picture. CCMs had pretty unique frames IMO.
