My thoughts.
Based on the bicycle(s), I would say: just post war, 1947-1949.

I would say late '48 or early '49. The mam's bike frame appears to have the English Haden lugs which appeared about that time. The ladies bike has the earlier integrated head tube/head lug assembley with pinstriping.
I would say 1 9 4 9 based on the metal cutout head badge. 50th anniversary of CCM as well?
Those are sexy posters! I'd love to own a set like that one day.
