Hi. According to the CCM serial number dating chart found in another forum on this site, the letter E designates 1973 as the year built. As for a price, there's the old saying - something is worth what someone else is willing to pay for it. This bike doesn't interest me but that's because I like to collect bikes made before about 1950, and I couldn't use your bike for parts because it has pedals, wheels, tires etc. that I cannot use on my older bikes. It could be a good rider for somebody though as it appears to be complete and in good condition. In my estimate it's worth something less than $100. I hope that helps. -Brian R.
