CVBS winter swap meet

I would like to thank all who helped make the CVBS Winter Indoor Show&Swap a success. The snow must have scared a few away but we had lots of the hardcores as well, and got to meet many new faces. The wheeling and dealing was brisk as lots of treasure changed hands.I can see this event happening yearly from now on, hoping everyone agrees? All we need is your participation to attend and load up what you can. Thanks to Pleasant Valley Church for their facility which we almost filled. As a result we raised 900$ for the congregation.5 months today the 13th Annual CVBS rolls into town, not to be missed! Thanks again & Best Regards Jamie

Jamie: Glad to hear that things went well. Sorry to have missed it, but as hard as I tried to get things arranged so I could make it, it just wasn't to be. Another time. Certainly the reports from those who were there are overwhelmingly positive, so I'm glad to hear you're looking at continuing it in the future.

What you've done over the years in providing vintage bicycle enthusiasts with a viable summer event and now a winter one as well is truly remarkable, Jamie. It takes a lot of work, a lot of time, a lot of planning and a financial commitment on your part that is truly admirable. And you've always done it for charity. I'm sure the folks at the church were pretty darn happy to receive that kind of money from the day. Well done, my friend!

It was a great event, can't wait for the summer show, and would love it if the winter swap meet was an annual event. Thanks so much for putting this all together!!
