New in the hobby

Hi, I'm from Amherstburg Ontario (near Windsor). Just getting started in the hobby. Really enjoy foolin around with the bikes. Just got two, a vintage CCM and a Vintage Raleigh. There is a number on the ccm seat post. Best I can see is 3P6405, the 'o' could be a 9. Can't find anything on the Raleigh. Any educated guesses as to what era I'm looking at. Thanks, Jack

The "P" code CCM would be a 1946.
