New Member First CCM

Hi folks, i normally resore roadbikes from the 70,s and 80,s but had to snag this vintage CCM when it popped up on Craigslist.  I checked the serial number and it is a 1939 bike. Have not figured out which model yet. I,m out on Vancouver Island

It looks like the "Balloon Tire" model. Here is an image taken from the 1938 catalogue found in the catalogue on this site:

I am working on a 1944 CCM female bicycle to be used as an everyday rider and to show off in local parades. I need some period correct CCM handlebars & a stem. I live in Ontario, but would willing to pay for shipping to Ontario. It would cost me the same amount in gas to purchase parts from someone in Ontario!
