What is it really worth?

Ok so im fairly new to this site, but ive been in the scene for about 4 years. Im what i would call the new generation of bike restorers being in my 20's. Ive bought and sold lots of bikes already. What i really want to know is, what is the REAL value of say a 1930, 40's Girls loop frame, mens camel back, mens rambler, mens motor bike. I know there are alot of factors that would get a price to vary, so lets keep it simple with what i usually come accross. Say all original parts with original seat, with original head badge, riding condition. Thats what i usually come across, but like most of us we do come accross what i would call a burnout bike, you know, spray bombed, no tires, rusty, bent/broken spokes, rusty seat.  If ANYONE can enlighten me on what a fair buying and selling price is that would be awesome. I just want to gauge because maybe i under value these bikes, or maybe some people over value. Thanks guys!
