I believe I may have uncovered a Tour Du Canada

It has no graphics, is army green and is Campy nuovo record, rd, Zeus fd, universal side pull brakes, Campy headset, seat post, drop outs, weinman rims , campy hubs and freewheel. It was apparently assembled piecemeal at CCM by Jocelyn Lovell for his girl at the time. He was enjoying busy work positions at CCM early in his career. She is who I bought the Bike from. Would be nice to confirm its quality, date it accurately and correctly restore it.
