Standard N.R.A. Products, Canada, Limited was incorporated in 1933.
A subsidiary of Standard Products of Cleveland, Ohio which I believe was founded in 1930. Standard Products was founded to produce products for the automative industry. Standard Products had a manufacturing branch in London, England.
The N.R.A. probably stands for National Recovery Administration which was established by the National Industrial Recovery Act of June 16, 1933 by the USA federal governmet. The act was struck down by the US Supreme Court in May,1935.
I recently acquired a mid to late 1890s TW Boyd ladies bicycle, Montreal (specifically a TW Boyd & son FLYER) and would like to get some information on the bike.
Any solution for this bent steerer tube ??
Hi,
Can anyone tell me if Protour is a Canadian Bike brand. They seem fairly common in the Maritimes. Working on a 1988 (hub stamp) model now. If they are, does anyone have any information on them. A web search had nothing.
Thanks
Daryl

I own this old Supercycle built by CCM. Serial number: E438200. Is it a 1965 or a 1973?
Hello my name's Alasdair Fotheringham and I'm a cycling journalist.
I'm doing some research for the Belgian National Cycling Museum https://koersmuseum.be into a a series of late 19th, early 20th century US road/track bikes they've just had donated to them. One of them is a Cleveland 1901 which I know was made by the HA Lozier factory that became part of the CCM.
Is there any way I can send you a photo of said bike so you could help me out with more background info please?
Thanks and best wishes,

Hello - I can't seem to find any information online and hoping someone in this forum may be able to assist me.
I'm following the journey (literally) around the world of Karl Creelman, a local Nova Scotian who rode his bicyle around the world in 1899. [www.louisetrotter.photo]
There are several references to the bicycle he rode that he obtained in Brantford in July 1899:
- An Australian 1900
- A Model 55
Are these the same bicycle? Does anyone have more information about these model(s)?
